“ The restaurant and souvenir shop are situated inside the sculpture park. The atmosphere and settings of the restaurant are warm and cosy. It is surrounded by great picturesque views. Unexpectedly, the quality of the food and the service are excellent. ”
“ Great place for a family outing. Even if you don't appreciate sculptures, you can enjoy the views. Little busy than a normal park. Restaurant is much better than a tea shop. ”
“ Oh my god, the food. The food. Oh my god. I guess the art, architecture and the views are pretty good too but it's the meal I'll be back for, as often as I can afford it. Really clearly labelled options for those with special diets, good service and surprisingly reasonable prices (the "small plates" aren't that small). ”
“ Great place to have a bite to eat before heading out for a walk around the sculpture park. The food was lovely and the staff lovely. They were happy to make an adults portion smaller to accommodate one of our picky eaters. We went during the breakfast menu time, it had lots to choose from, although on the day I could have murdered a full English which is one thing they don't do here. On the whole, really nice with great views. ”
“ Interesting building containing a great restaurant with friendly staff who know their menu. The gallery / exhibition space is striking. It was showing Miro prints which I liked more than I expected. Good useful information was provided. Shop had a mixture. Some useful, some charming some expensive. Worth exploring though. ”
“ Good cafe/restaurant with lovely views out. ”
“ Excellent. Only wanted a coffee which was excellent. Free parking. Lovely staff. Unlike sculpture park which wasn't open due to maintainance and which didnt say so on the website! I was cross! ”
“ This is a lovely place to eat at Yorkshire Sculpture Park, with a good choice of food. We have eaten outside both times, as we were lucky with the weather. It can get busy though - so tables are not guaranteed without booking ahead. The toilets are very clean and there is a little shop. ”
